Population growth 1750 to 2150

The graph is shows us the world population growth between the rich and poor countries based on United Nations research, world population prospects, the 1998 Revision and estimates by the population Reference Bureau between 1750 and 2150.

In 1750 the total world population was less than 1 billion around the world, but the population of more developed countries was only about 30% of the whole population while the population of less developed countries was about 75% of the total which shows a big difference. The total population rapidly roes to 6.1 billion but the population of more developed countries was only about a quarter of the total by 2000. The estimation is that by 2150 the total population will increase to 10 billion which is higher than before and the less developed countries will be 10 times more than more developed countries which is rapid increase.

Finally, the graph shows that the total population has increased and will continue to increase in both countries rich and poor and the increase will be more in the less developed countries than in undevelopment countries.
