Making Butter From Fresh Milk

Making butter from fresh milk is quite a long and difficult procedure and you have to follow all steps carefully. If you do so, you will produce high quality butter.
Firstly, check for the quality and fat content, and then leave it to cool for a while. After that separate the cream from it and start churning the cream. Then you should drain the buttermilk from the milk and place it in a jar where you will wash it with cold water to remove the remaining buttermilk. At the end you should add a small amount of salt for flavor then cut and wrap the butter and store it in a fridge where it will be ready after some time to be eaten.
As you can see from what I have written making butter from fresh milk is a long and difficult procedure but if you follow the steps carefully you will get tasty butter.
